At Le Bon Shoppe, we want you to love your essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, socks and intimate apparel must be in their original unopened packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
